No Piwigo export in 1.0.0?

I had to downgrade my version of Ubuntu to 9.10 due to some hardware issues.  Upon reloading DigiKam, I find it is version 1.0.0, not 1.2.0 as I had on Ubuntu 10.04.  I can live with that but, there is no KIPI plugin for Piwigo uploading.  Is there some way I can get that into this version?

piwigo export have been included in kipiplugins with 1.1 release

Piwigo upload did work with Ubuntu 9.10, as I have used it several times before upgrading to Ubuntu 10.04.
