MixerSettings widget in filters/bw?

Hi,

why is the MixerSettings widget located in libs/dimg/filters/bw?
It seems to be only used in the ChannelMixer filter.

because channel mixer filter is in bw folder. this widget is shared
between image editor tool and BQM tool.

So, this place is the better one.
