Missing rebuild thumbnails action?

Hi,

I'm missing this new thumbnails action? How is this possible?
Look at the screenshot, shouldn't there be an action or has it moved?

Maybe we need to increase the counter in the rc file?

Hmm I just removed the rc in share/apps/digikam, and now it is working.
But I guess we need to increase the number, it is still 55 (like in my old rc
file), so I had no update.
I will commit this, it doesn't hurt...

I guess I know what might have been wrong.
I added the "Scan for new images" button to the main toolbar, because I don't
scan for new items at startup.
Maybe this is the reason why my rc was not touched? Because I modified it?
If so, this might be a KDE bug (or a feature :-))
