Merge DigiKam-DB?

bnacht
Hi,

i have Digikam on two PC with different Photos. Now i want to merge both.
Will i miss kewords and similar data when i only copy the Photos to the
traget?

Is there a way to merge the both DBs?

TiA

This is all explained in the documentation :-)
Just make sure that you have set all 'save' options in the metadata settings.

No need, when you re-import, the DB will be filled with the other DB's
content.

Oops ... i am embarrassed.

There was no documentation on my system. (DigiKam was installed by default.)
But now i have found that the documantation is a separate package and
installed it.

Thx for the hint!
