Lost Tool Bar and Menu Bar

Hello,
I have accidentally lost both the Tool Bar and the Menu Bar manu, on top of the window.
It's not the first time it happens and I cannot remember how to restore them ...
tried many combination with ctrl and shift keys, but no success

is there anyone who can help me ?
(KDE Neon, DK 7.3.0)

Usually in most KDE applications, Ctrl+m should reinstate the menubar and from there you can reinstate the toolbar.

Ok, solved, but it required a PC restart.
Before restart ctrl+m had no effect, it may be a little bug, either in Neon or in DK
