Karmic update and building digiKam

Hi,

just in case anyone is planning to update to Ubuntu Karmic Koala.
There's an issue with cmake finding phonen after the upgrade:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cmake/+bug/386742
Reinstalling libqt4-phonon-dev helps.
