KDE4 final release delayed of 1 week...

Hi all,

I just delayed a little digiKam 0.10.0 and kipi-plugins 0.2.0 for KDE4.

It will let's more time to Aurélien Gatteau to continue port of
BatchProcessImages and  Riccardo Laconelli to finalize port of
IpodExport. Like i would to release digiKam and kipi-plugins at the
same time, both are delayed of just one week.

By the way, I also have a new theme to add to the HTML Export plugin. Is
it OK to commit it for the release? It adds a few strings (in the theme
.desktop file).

For me it's fine, but ask the permission to translators team using
kde-i18n mailling list.
