Issue with "face tags" when rotating photo from thumbnail view in 5.8 / Win

Hi,

Using 5.8 on win10 I'm having some strange behaviour with face tags - when I'm rotatign photos face tags (sometimes, for some reason) seems not to be working as expected and they "stay" in their original places - sometimes even outside of photos - I'm usually "mass" reorienting photos from thumbnail view.
