Inpainting parameter settings

Hi Gilles,
I tested Inpainting on a couple of hundred images (jewelry for our shop) over
the weekend.
- First of all it is speedy enough now
- it works better than before, I can select several defaults at the same time,
and they are removed together
- I think the parameters are good to start with, no need to invest a lot of
time right now.
