All is running now perfect, I am not shure what happend, but after
deleting the DB
and rescanning all files all tags are in the DB in the right way.

Thanks for the fast reaction.
Yes you are right after testing a while, great.
But, it seems there is a bug:
If the tag is not already existing in the database and a picture with a
new tag is imported,
the tag is in the database but without an ID.
So it is never seen in digikam nor assigned to the picture.
And even more, now it is not possible to open a new tag in digikam anymore,
also after removing all these "wrong" tags without an ID, direct in the DB.
If I give these "wrong" tags manually an ID and a tag icon, and import
the picture later in digikam all is fine, the tag is in the list, the
picture is taged correctly.
But I am still not able enter new tags in digikam.
By the way the tag table will not be updated if the picture is deleted.
I am running digikam 0.93 (KDE 3.5.9) on a debian lenny (2.6.24-1-686)
with Gnome (2.22)
