Cool results but I see here at least two problems.

1) Developed by MS so it will be heavily patented in no time.
2) To make it really working it would require camera firmware hacks
   - first quick shot on high ISO, second long shot on low ISO. Without
   such modifications you still need to use tripod for the same point of
   view. And when you have tripod you can make good photo without all
   fuss ;)

   Without camera producer support it would be done only with Russian
   hackware for Canons. All other users are screwed :(

Nevertheless - would be very nice plug-in for non dSLR users :)
