Image Editor shortcuts review

Hello,

Image Editor shortcuts review. I will open BKO entries but only for BAD
things, everything else is for discussion here.

Action
New
Ctrl+N
        OK - N/A
Open
Ctrl+O
Open a document
        OK - N/A
Save
Ctrl+S
Save the current document
        OK
Save As
Ctrl+Shift+S
Save the current document
        BAD - used as 'Fit to selection'.
Reload
F5
Reload the current document/view
        OK - N/A (?) Not really sure here, maybe it should be used when changes
    where outside of Digikam?
Print

        BAD - used to call White Balance plugin, should close Image Editor window.

        BAD - it closes Image Editor *only*. Image Editor is part of Digikam - not
