I am unable to add/change file associations for Canon RAW - *.cr2

Hi

I am runnign Digikam 0.9.4 on a Fedora 9 installation. When I try "Open
with" in Digikam I can only choose either Showfoto or Krita.

KDE file association should be configured with a x-Canon-cr2 entry
containing my favourite programs.
These assocations work when I open a *.cr2 file in Konquerer and
Dolphin, but not in Digikam.

I doubt it is even possible. digiKam isn't program for opening of single
files. To open these files you have to start digiKam, import them into
program and only later work on them.
