Hi everybody,
I use Digikam 0.9 on kubuntu. I migrated from Adobe Photoshop Elements on windows and I gave all my pictures (about 8000) IPTC keywords corresponding to Photoshop Elements tags. That worked. Now I have imported all my pictures in Digikam, i make a search (or an advanced search) on the IPTC keywords but that doesn't work! How come? I need the search fonction to work as I don't feel to tag again 8000 pictures. If I'm not clear enough, just tell me... Thanks Ryfe _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

We need to add new tables in digiKam database for that. We will working on this subject in the future. Actually, only a working draft is done (not yet complete). There are some wishes in B.K.O about to improve search feature, based on metadata. Nota : normally with digiKam 0.9.0, all IPTC keywords are imported into digiKam tags from database at first startup Of course, you can perform search about digiKam Tags. This wil solve your problem temporally. Gilles _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |
