How to display only JPEGs in album view?

Hello list,

prior to digiKam 2.0 there was an option on bottom bar to filter out
the shown thumbnails (raw, jpeg, ...). In 2.0 this seems to
have disappeared.

Is there another way how to show only JPEGs (I would like to use it in
time-line display)?

At the rightside of the screen select ¨filter¨ tab -> ¨Type mime filter¨
-> check which selection to view.

Aah, excellent. Thanks!

P.S. Attached is a patch against the current digikam GIT to correct the
word order, which I believe should be "Mime Type Filter". I have not
touched the variable names.
