This is a BETA release of the upcoming version 0.18. It adds the long
promised TIFF write-support along with write-support for another five
image formats. There are some API changes which probably require
modifications in the majority of your applications. Internally, the
old JPEG Exif parser was replaced with the new one, which is now used
for TIFF as well as Exif. This marks the completion of a major
internal re-organisation.

Please use this BETA release to test with backups of your images (also
JPEG!) and to adapt applications to the API changes and post any
issues here. With this feedback we will be able to make 0.18 better.

The remaining tasks for the final release are mainly:
- A big round of makernote tag updates
- Update translations
- Improve Windows build (#567)

I am looking at finalizing 0.18 within about a month.
