Hi all digiKam and kipi-plugins users,

Like you can see, a new Exiv2 library release have been published today. I
recommend to use Exiv2 0.12 version with current implementation of digiKam
and kipi-plugins to handle properly pictures meta-data.

This is a maintenance release with bugfixes and just a few new features.

* The exiv2 tool can now use the original filename when renaming images
* The library has pretty-print functions for Exif GPS tags

Judging by the number of problems and bug reports against the previous
version, is it worth adjusting the autoconf stuff (in dk and kp) to
*require* v0.12?
