Full screen preview in digikam 3.2

Using digikam 3.2, there are some changes to full screen mode: display of
sidebars and toolbars are now visible, depending on a setting in the settings
dialog.

Unfortunately, digikam does not appear to read at setting at startup,
affecting me because I want the ui hidden. Anyone else experiencing that?

I fixed these dysfunctions in 3.3.0. Somebody has reported some
special cases problems with my FS fixes introduced in 3.2.0.

All is fixed now, i hope...
