File is not deleted/removed when I move to trash - MAC

Hi!

Could someone help me. I just installed Digikam and like it a lot. I have 2 albums, the other one is located in my internal HD and the other on external.

The problem is that when I select files and click move to trash, nothing happens. File is still in the same folder and the trash is empty.

What is the problem and what can be done to fix it?
