Duplicated extensions when downloading images form SD card

Gilles,

currently, when you download images from a SD Card, the file extension is
duplicated. All filenames look like Pxxxxx.JPG.JPG or Pxxxxx.RW2.RW2.

What renaming options you use exactly. Perhaps it's a side effect from
last recent commits in camera gui...

Good question. Where do I set them? I scanned all settings and didn't find
anything related...

Take a shot of camera gui settings from right sidebar tab.
