Doxygen copyright headers

Hi,

I just noticed that the new doxygen copyright headers are not associated
with the file which they describe as they should, but instead with the
next item that doxygen encounters after them, most often a namespace. We
can fix this by adding @file to those headers (I put those into the
first line after the ******). I found that it works well even without
specifying the filename after @file.

Fine for me.

Of course, libkdcraw, libkface, libkexiv2, and libkipi must be patched
also in this case...
