Digikam gone since KDE 3.4.3 upgrade

I recently upgraded to KDE 3.4.3, and now digikam is gone, and won't install,
because it is looking for kdelibs4ca2, but KDE upgraded to kdelibs4ca2a.
Anybody know how to get around this?

This is because a gcc upgrade which is entering debian/ubuntu slowly. What you
can do is build digiKam manually or wait untill the transition has completed.
Maybe Achim knows another option.

No.

For debian unstable one can check for +b1 versions.  Those versions are already
build against kdelibs4c2a:

http://packages.debian.org/src:digikam
http://packages.debian.org/src:digikamimageplugins
http://packages.debian.org/src:kipi-plugins
