[Digikam-devel] can't open images in digikam

Hi, I have installed digikam 0.8.1 and am using suse 10 operating
system. I can't get an image when i try to view an image in digikam -
can see images in album, can open them in image viewer and gimp, but not
in digikam. can't edit.

Can you start digikam from a shell and report what happens when you try to
launch the image editor?
