Well I copied from tags *_0_9_0 to stable about 40 minutes ago. It seemed
successful. But the web interface at
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/extragear/graphics/?rev=615162
still shows the old version. Maybe wait a little bit longer?

BTW - will .po files be tagged automatically or have to be done by
translation manager?

Frankly I stopped working my way down the PACKAGING file when it came to the
po files, I wasn't sure anymore what I would be doing. So I'd appreciate if
you Mikolai could take care of that business (:-))
