Digikam Video Playing Error

Digikam does play the video and I can hear the sound, but the screen
remains black. The following error message is displayed:

digikam.general: Stacked View Mode :  6
digikam.metaengine: Cannot load metadata from file   (Error # 11 :  
/home-SSD/Albums/NeueBilder/2016-10-26/p1100741.mp4: The file contains
data of an unknown image type
digikam.general: Stacked View Mode :  6
digikam.general: Stacked View Mode :  0
digikam.metaengine: Cannot load metadata from file   (Error # 11 :  
/home-SSD/Albums/NeueBilder/2016-10-26/p1100741.mp4: The file contains
data of an unknown image type
digikam.general: Using  4  CPU core to run threads
digikam.general: Action Thread run  1  new jobs
digikam.general: One job is done

No console trace show any video player error.

This can be an internal problem with Qt5::Multimedia to play video files. Did you install GStreamer codec under Linux ?
