i am good with algorithms and i have just started using Qt but no worries i'll get used to it within few days.Infact i don't have much knowledge about GUI and image processing.

I guess basics won't take much time to understand GUI and image processing.

So guide me accordingly.

The idea to be able to parse image metadata and populate automatically the text edit field over the canvas with the shot date is not too bad.
