Migration tool sqlite → mariadb external db stops here:
'Error while converting the database.
  Details: Duplicate entry '23-a-Ancien' for key 'pid''

- Migration tool now works for me (about 21.000 pictures), great!
- After connecting mariadb, first time I  rebuild thumbnails with
maintenance tool (+ scan for changed), it took a long time, more two
hours. I think it's "normal". The second time, it was quick.
