Development in Digikam

Smit Mehta
Hey

I am Smit. I have recently started using KDE and its various products including digiKam. I am very interested to contribute to its code, but am unable to figure it out from where to start on. I have downloaded the source code and have been going through it. I have decent experience in coding for Qt (PyQt though, but i can catch up the same stuff in C++ very easily) and C++. Can someone please help me out and point me in the right direction?
