Combined album view

I hope I'm missing something obvious, but is there a way to view all photos from a Tags or Date query in a merged Album view rather than separating images into their individual albums and just sorting the albums? I sometimes have multiple albums that cover a single even and would like to see a single timeline. I could not find anything in v0.9.x. I can only see how to Sort Albums and Sort Images within Albums.

And looking at the bug I see that it's going to be in v1.0.0 (hopefully). Woohoo! I've been dreaming of this for 2 years now and only just got around to sending a message about it.
