Checkable AlbumModels and root album

Hi Marcel (and others),

I just noticed a small usability problem in the ImageEditDscTab. For
editing the tags the root album is not displayed right now, because it
doesn't make sense to check the root album (and crashes digikam). But
with this setting, you cannot create a new tag under the root tag. I
tried to add an exception for making the root album not checkable at all
but didn't find a way to do this.

Can you have a look on how to achieve this and add this as an option to
the checkable album model. In other places checking root is needed.

Just committed some code, not really tested.
Where does it crash?

Root cannot be checked anymore, but the check box is still drawn. Looks
awkward. I will commit this now that you can have a look.

Cannot reproduce it anymore with your commit.
