Change order of albumfolderview context menu

Hi,

I would suggest to move the "Album Properties" action to the end of the
albumfolder context menu. This is the way most application handle it and I
guess digiKam should do so, too.
It always takes me some time to find the Properties action, because I
instinctively look at the bottom of the menu :-)
Also renaming it to "Properties" should be enough, too.

What do you think?

This patch will change the order and name of the properties action.
If you like it, I can apply it (tomorrow is string freeze).
