Does anybody have this problem now: I cannot export pictures to
Facebook any longer. Message is: "L'appel Facebook a échoué : api.facebook.com" I had a similar problem a couple of months ago, but at that time the whole plugin had been banned from FB and I couldn't even see the photos that have already been uploaded. That's not the case now; but I cannot export anyhow. Thanks for any info or idea. Marie-Noëlle -- Une galerie photos, un blog ... pourquoi pas ? I have not upgraded Digikam nor the kipi-plugins, but I'm wondering
whether my upgrade to Fedora 15 has changed something ... I tried to convert CR2 to JPEG using the batch tool and I got a .pgf file that no program other than Digikam seems to be able to open. Well ... the context has changed a bit, as I've updated to Digikam 2.0
found in the kde-unstable repository. I have been able to launch Digikam at first and test the export to FB; it still didn't work but with this message: "L'appel Facebook a échoué : api.facebook.com: Host not found". But the big problem is Digikam itself, that I can launch just one time; at the second launch, I get the following error message: "Failed to update the database schema from version 5 to version 6. Please read the error messages printed on the console ..." I've restored the database from a backup, and restarted Digikam again. And again it works at first launch, and I get the error at the 2nd and subsequent launches. I used this plug-in for the first time yesterday afternoon. It
worked brilliantly.

Yes, FB export have been fixed for 2.0.0. It due to FB problem with
this plugin (assimiled as spam by FB). Some changes have must be done in this plugin... Gilles,
I have a big problem with 2.0.0: it destroys the DB every first time I launch it => see my other thread (I have changed the subject to reflect the problem).
