Can the Twins' Rotation Compete with the Best in the AL?

Minneapolis, March 2025 – Pitching depth has long been a concern for the Minnesota Twins, but heading into 2025, the team finally appears to have a rotation capable of competing with the best in the American League Nick Martinez Jersey.

The Twins return Pablo López as their ace, coming off a 2024 season where he posted a 3.60 ERA and 190 strikeouts over 31 starts. Behind him, Joe Ryan and Bailey Ober have shown flashes of dominance, but consistency will be key.

The wild card in the rotation is Louie Varland, a hard-throwing right-hander who made strides in 2024. With an improved slider and better control, he could be a difference-maker in the middle of the rotation.

"I think we have a really strong group here," said pitching coach Pete Maki. "We’ve got guys who can go deep into games, and that’s something we’ve lacked in the past."

If the rotation holds up Nick Martini Jersey, Minnesota could emerge as a serious playoff contender.
