Build new digikam on Ubuntu 14

yuquiyu
I have two machines, an HP laptop (intel) and a desktop (amd), both running the same version of Ubuntu.  Digikam compile on desktop ran ok (after lots of lib work) and program works.  Laptop fails after finding QT 4.8.6 with QT_QT_INCLUDE_DIR and qt not found correctly error.  Is this a qt version issue?  If so, which version is required?
