I have updated the svn archive but we have some issues with releasing,
although I suppose we could to experimental, but it would be broken...

Unfortunately digikam is shipping lots of upstream libraries which then
turns into file conflicts between packages:

You can track the work in svn here:
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/pkg-kde/kde-extras/digikam/trunk/debian/

Or even build directly from svn with the `debcheckout` command.

Yes, I noticed that while installing the package. A lot of kipi stuff is
now part of digikam.

I can't make out much from Gilles's reply. Do you have ideas on how to
tackle this?
