Package: digikam
Version: 2:0.9.2-2+b1 Severity: normal Digikam and showfoto doesn't display correctly TIFF files on a powerpc machine (ibook). For example green is displayed as magenta. Color Management is not activated ; activating it doesn't change anything. A TIFF file with an embedded sRGB profile is displayed badly in every case. A TIFF file with no embedded profile is diplayed correctly in the standard viewer, but they look weird in the editor. JPEG, PNG, DNG, XCF files are diplayed correctly. I had the same problems with backports for etch of the older 0.9.2-beta versions of digikam and showfoto. Is it an endianess problem again, like it was for bug #351931 ? -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (800, 'testing'), (700, 'unstable'), (600, 'experimental'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Kernel: Linux 2.6.21-2-powerpc Locale: LANG=fr_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages digikam depends on: ii kdebase-kio-plugins 4:3.5.7-1 core I/O slaves for KDE ii kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-1 core libraries and binaries for al ii libacl1 2.2.42-1 Access control list shared library ii libart-2.0-2 2.3.19-3 Library of functions for 2D graphi ii libattr1 1:2.4.32-1.1 Extended attribute shared library ii libaudio2 1.9-2+b1 The Network Audio System (NAS).
