Bug 378364 - Sequence number options appear to be ignored when sequence number specified as "###"

Is this syntax OK for the custom rename during import?

[date:yyyy-MM-dd] ###[f,1,3].[ext]{lower}

I don't get a step of 3 and the sequence number does not start over when the folder changes.
