The Kodak CD format is one of the first digital storage format available for
Photographers. Many people stil use it because a lot of photo's are stored in
this format promoted by the KODAK company for professional use and longterm
storage. As such many hobbyist also used this format when they sent their
analog films in for development and digitalisation.
Nowadays I cannot find any program anymore who reads the format and makes the
picture visible.
It would be nice if digikam can read it and store it away in another format
with all stored information contained in the PCD format.
Either as a plug-in or standard feature.

startup file on the root directory of the CD
(CD is in readable iso format but the PCD files aren't displayable.

since you cannot recieve files > 1000MB i cannot send an exampleof a photo.
