When switching to Full Screen (via Menu or Keyboard Shortcut) and back to
Window Mode, the Window Title is gone (the top bar of Windows Programs with
Program Name, Minimize / Maximize buttons).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Switch to Full Screen and back. The Window Title will not come back, you have
to close / open digiKam to get it back.

Actual Results:  
The Window Title is gone.

Expected Results:  
The Window Title should come back.

digiKam after switching from Full Screen to Window again

This is a shot from my whole Screen, no crop. It´s just how it looks when
switching to Full Screen and back again. A 2nd shot will follow.

digiKam without Window Title / Window decoration

This is the 2nd Screenshot. This time I moved the digiKam window a little bit.
Since there´s an application in the Background one can see that not only the
Window Title is missing, but also the border around the Window when you move
it. You cannot resize the Window also.

I can confirm this problem with digikam 3.0.0-beta under win7 pro 64bit.
The problem appear only if digikam is maximized
3 screenshots : before, full screen, after
