You can click on "Help" and then "About digiKam" and "About KDE". KIPI Plugins
should also figure there, so I can click "About KIPI Plugins" and see what
version I'm using, along with a link to the changelog.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
"About KIPI Plugins" item in the "Help" menu.
