Trying to re-install database that failed to open and received the following
message:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'file'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
After several attempts to open the database I deleted the data referance and
tried to re install.

Actual Results:  
Error:Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'file'.

Expected Results:  
Expected data to re-install

This problem is relevant of digiKam KIO Slaves and all of these have been
dropped in favor of a multi-threaded interface to query the database.
