I set "Toggle auto" to "parents" and it works fine.
but as soon as i close Digikam and reopen it later, setting are lost
and i have to set it again.

I think there should be a global setting for this (maybe)

Steps to Reproduce:
I set "Toggle auto" to "parents" and it works fine.
but as soon as i close Digikam and reopen it later, setting are lost
and i have to set it again.


Actual Results:  
Toggle auto setting are lost

Expected Results:  
Toggle auto setting should be permanent between restarts of Digikam

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-13-generic
Compiler: gcc

Just upgraded to 2.4.1 (using: https://launchpad.net/~philip5/+archive/extra )
and i can still reproduce it.
