--- Comment #3 from Thibault Godouet <kde godouet net> 2011-12-18 23:00:47 --- Hi Gilles, As far as I know my distribution (ubuntu 11.10) doesn't have a package for Digikam 2.4. Compiling it myself will probably be tricky, especially as I would expect my distribution not to have the right KDE library versions. Do you have any suggestion as to how I can test this with digikam 2.4 easily on my distribution? --- Comment #4 from Thibault Godouet <kde godouet net> 2011-12-21 09:16:29 --- Hi, I ran a nightly build of the ubuntu 12.04 live CD, and installed digikam 2.4 in there to test: it doesn't crash. However I can reproduce the crash with my digikam 2.1.1. If you can't reproduce it then it may be something on my SD card that triggers the crash. It's a big one (16GB) with personal pictures so I can't send it to you, but please let me know if I can do anything else to help you get all the information you need to locate and fix this bug.
