For photo reorganization purposes it is useful to have the full path (album)
name in the properties hover popup. This is especially the case when not in the
album view, but e.g. in the time-line view, where you can't see in which album
the picture resides. There will be a serious risk you cut and paste a picture
into itself.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
In time-line view cut a pic.
In album view paste the pic.

With 2.x serie, you can configure in Setup Tooltip view which information to
display in contextual pop-up of icon-view. This include album name of
picture...
