On Metadata tab image property  
IPTC->Keywords can't to see right charset/localset
/http://imagebin.ca/view/GvEGRL.html /

but on XMP->Subject is OK!!! /see http://imagebin.ca/view/fwe1eQo6.html/

I think, both fields IPTC->Keywords and XMP->Subject must view the same result.

Reproducible: Didn't try




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.5-desktop
Compiler: gcc

This file is invalid. IPTC only support ASCII characters
XMP support UTF-8. This is why XMP exist !

IPTC do not support and will not support UTF-8. IPTC is an old normalization.
Use XMP instead.
