The only option ever allowed is <auto create> for album

Create new album works. No albums are loaded in the application to select as
the destination for exporting. Facebook just accepts all uploads from Digikam
in one album.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Export a picture to Facebook. I don't have the ability to select an existing
album (the only destination is <auto create>)
Actual Results:
uploaded to facebook all in one
Expected Results:
Should give albums which can be selected and then uploaded to. When new albums
created it should allow the option to select that album and upload to it.
