The export to picassa plugin does not fetch the album-list, nor can new albums
be created. It is impossible to export any picture to picassaweb
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark some pictures
2. Export -> Export to PicasaWeb
3. Type in your login-Data
4. Plugin fails to fetch album list
5. Try to create a new album
6. Plugin fails to create a new album
