Version:           1.4.0 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS:                Linux

after editing a number of images with various tools the editor hangs at 0% when
executing the tool "Sharpen".

I am not sure, but I've got the impression, it happens more often if:
- I was testing the "free rotation" before (even if not applying changes)
- my images already have tags and ratings

Reproducible: Sometimes




this issue might be related to Bug 241585

If this is the same problem as 241585, then it must indeed be a threading
problem. I am still trying to reproduce.

I've recently noticed some minor ui glitch that could be related: Sometimes the
progress bar is shown but always stays at 0%. Nevertheless, the process
finishes correctly.
