Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select image
2. Image -> rotate -> right / left.
3. I get a message that it is not possible to turn the image.

Actual Results:  
image do not rotate

Expected Results:  
Rotate image

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.34-8-desktop
Compiler: gcc
