OS:                MS Windows

Foreground and background have Settings menu item the same color when the Dark
Theme is selected

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Application -> Select Settings -> Select Theme -> Select Dark

Actual Results:  
The foreground and the background colors of the Settings menu item are both
black making reading impossible.

Expected Results:  
The foreground color should change to contrast the new background color.
